Welcome back to Day 1.
It’s go time. So we’re going to start with the fitness challenge.
It’s the first day of your fitness journey. The journey won’t be easy because you’ll be going through the best transformation of your life. But every minute will be worthy.
A fitness routine is essential for better health and a healthy weight. Everyone know the fact and want to make changes.
Few people start with routine, but quit. The daily struggle to complete the routine makes life tough. Seeing their struggle others don’t even start.
A fitness routine should be part of life as it’s important for a quality life. Even though everyone knows the importance, very few people start and continue the routine.
If you’re among those who wanted to start but never got the right guidance, then this challenge will solve your problem.
I designed the program to help you get started. You won’t need to hustle or go through consistent stress those happened earlier. We will begin with simple things and keep making changes so you make better progress in the coming time.
The journey won’t be easy but won’t make your life tough. The initial day may look hard but stick till the end. The routine won’t be a problem as it’s the habit-building process.
Unhealthy habits will make tough to get started and continue, but they can be replaced with healthier habits.
You might face hurdle and resistance — it’s not the physical hurdle but the mental hurdle. By taking small action in the upcoming days, you will strengthen yourself physically and mentally.
With passing day in the routine, you will find that adopting a fitness routine and continuing wasn’t tough. While the routine isn’t only about a list of exercises, we will transform your lifestyle. Transforming lifestyle should be the priority.
In the upcoming day, you will come across many such tips. Stay till the end of the routine and I promise to give the best.
First few days, we will go easy so that there is no muscle soreness. Muscle soreness and pain aren’t bad but high intensity and excess workout can increase it.
To start a successful routine, you have to start slow. Slowly you will develop resistance and won’t feel pain even after an intense workout routine. So go light on yourself for the 1st few weeks — usually 2-3 week.
There are many essential tips we will discuss in the upcoming days. So stay tuned as it will give you enough information to make changes in your fitness routines.
You don’t need to know everything on the first day. Just to boost recovery you should…
- Try to get at least 7 hour or if possible 8 hour sleep
- Drink enough water
- Don’t push hard, stay limited to 80% effort.
That’s all for today. Don’t miss the workout session. It’s an important part of the routine. Plan the workout session as per your convenience. I have even mentioned the workout routine in the description, below.
