You can have a moment of pause before eating unhealthy foods, or when you find yourself wasting time on social media when an important task pending, also when you don’t feel like following the planned schedule. Whenever you get the unnecessary urge, pay attention to it.
When you pay attention to your action, you will be aware of the decision you make.
