I took care to make this 30 day most informative. If you ever have thought to start a fitness routine but wasn’t able to start, the information will be enough to get started. It’s not only enough to start but you know enough to make the best changes.
Often, to get the best result, we look for the best strategy. But, to get result, you don’t need a complex and perfect strategy.
Beginning was the first step to success, and the second step is the basic need. You’re all set to achieve fit and healthy self.
Before completing this, I have still something to say. It may look like a request, but it’s the purpose I have started with my book and this YouTube channel. To spread the perspective of mine. To spread things that wouldn’t be possible with one-on-one interaction.
So let’s get started.

Before giving you the task, I would like to tell you some facts that will show its importance. And stay assured you don’t have to do the toughest task, but you will need patience in it. But all your effort will reward, you and others.
Starting with a study in Denmark
Staying healthy and owning healthy weight is looked as the costliest thing. It’s believed those who have a huge sum of money can only afford to have the luxury of health. Or it’s only who dedicate their most time and energy towards it.
But everything is possible with whatever you learned earlier.
Talking about the studies…
Economic and demographic factors were blamed for the failure to control obesity and other health problems.
While, studies in Denmark showed that the weight and health crises is less influenced by economic and demographics, than by the degree of support.
In other word, people have to work together to fight obesity and modern day health problems.
Denmark and other developed countries are fighting obesity but haven’t found success. The case of Denmark and other countries, is still a hope that, the solution is with us, not in external factors.
Let’s get inspiration and wisdom from people living in Blue Zone. Blue Zone are regions of the world where people live much longer than average.
They have the lowest health problem and are lean. There are many reasons for their better health. It’s their nutrition and active lifestyle, which we have covered in the earlier section. But apart from those, there is one more but the most important secret behind their quality of life.
They have a strong social community. They inspire and have a purpose of living. They consider other people as an essential part and help when needed.
Like those people’s communities, we need such a community in our society. If we want to gain the same benefits, the people living in Blue Zone enjoy; we have to start from somewhere.
If you’re planning to build a Blue Zone Society, start from your home. The day you started with the fitness routine, you would have gone through many changes.
Improved energy and strength, life got simpler, mental clarity, and much more.
You’re convinced that it benefited you, now it’s time to spread those wisdoms in your family. It’s not about making big changes, but starting with small changes.
You can start with changing nutrition, promoting active lifestyle, and care for mental health. With such changes, you will easily transform your families life. Making your home a Blue Zone.
But the task doesn’t end here.
Now it’s your core duty to guide and help your friend. The chain of small changes will continue and it will be responsible for a community where we live like people living in Blue Zone.
Quality and better life.
It may look like a weird idea.
But it’s the possible and effective way. Studies in Denmark have proved that no amount of money will be enough to make it possible.
While people in Blue Zone prove that social effort can do things, that money can’t do.
Give a thought over it.
Take little effort for the positive change. It will be impossible to achieve such humongous task for a single person in limited time. But when everyone gives small effort and a few minutes of their life on this mission, we will make a thing possible that was impossible.
This will lead to a better and healthier society. It’s a beautiful dream and it will demand time and effort.
